Different situations: different kinds of memberships
- Corporate: $135 annually.
- Transit system: $135 annually.
- Associate: $70 annually (other associations, museums, etc.).
- Individuals: $35 annually.
Memberships from Canada are payable in Canadian dollars. Memberships from outside Canada are payable in U.S. dollars. These membership rates are subject to change.
Signing up for membership via mail
To sign up for membership, please download the membership application form provided below, fill-out all the applicable fields, print out the form and also submit it via email (for our records), include the funds and mail the completed form to:

Signing up for membership via internet
To sign up for membership online, please download the membership application form provided below, fill-out all the applicable fields, and submit it via email. The CTHF now accepts online fund payment via PayPal, to make a payment online please select the membership type you are signing up for or renewing from the pull down menu, fill in your name and email address in the blank field, click the subscribe button once you are finished:
