Peter Chatoff, Secretary

45 years in the transit and bus industry leading up to senior positions in both operations and maintenance.

A Board member since 2005, Peter started his career in 1973 as a summer student with the Toronto Transit Commission and retired from a full-time role as Deputy General Manager, Maintenance and Equipment with Durham Region Transit. Experience includes municipal and contracted private sector
transportation services, highway coach operations, bus manufacturing and is currently in a part-time consulting role with Stantec Consulting. A resident of Mississauga, he is a graduate of York University (1975) and serves on the Training and Planning Committees of the Ontario Electric Railway Historical
Association.
